《國際產業》不滿谷歌隱私政策，歐盟擬聯合制裁

網路巨頭谷歌公司與歐洲個資保護監管機關的攻防戰出現最新進展。歐盟監管機關周一宣布，擬在今夏結束前對谷歌的隱私政策採取聯合制裁行動。

　谷歌在去年三月提出引發爭議的隱私規定，並據此從YouTube到Gmail等所有服務匯集用戶個資。在先前審理中，歐盟相關官員雖未判定這些隱私規定違法，但認為具有「高度風險」。

　谷歌去年將60項隱私政策合而為一，整合從旗下所有服務收集而來的用戶個資，包括YouTube、Gmail與社群網路Google+。使用者不得選擇退出。去年十月，歐洲27個隱私權監管機關給予谷歌四個月的時間改正所為。

　主導谷歌隱私政策調查的法國監管單位CNIL周一表示，谷歌迄今仍未解決問題，沒有提出任何確切且有效的答覆，因此該機關將對谷歌展開進一步的調查。谷歌表示在1月8日確實已經回覆CNIL，並已列舉為了解決問題所付諸的行動。
