　大陸國務院辦公廳日前印發《國民旅遊休閒綱要（2013－2020年）》。《綱要》提出，到2020年，職工帶薪年休假制度基本得到落實，城鄉居民旅遊休閒消費水平將大幅增長。

　實際上，按照大陸《職工帶薪年休假條例》，職場人每年帶薪休假天數在5至15天，然而，現實中該制度並沒有得到充分落實。
