《國際產業》搶占大尺寸OLED面板先機，樂金砸重金設廠

樂金顯示器周一宣布董事會通過，將投資7063億韓元(約6.5326億美元)為第八代WRGB(四色像素技術)OLED電視興建一條面板生產線(稱為M2)，為卡位新興的大型OLED電視市場積極布局。

　樂金顯示器這條位於京畿道的M2生產線，將負責製造第八代(2,200㎜×2,500㎜)WRGB OLED電視採用的面板，每月產能為2.6萬片玻璃基板，每片玻璃基板可切割成6片55吋OLED電視面板，計畫在明年上半年開始投入量產。

　市場研究機構DisplaySearch表示，全球OLED電視面板市場預估在2015年底前將成長至30億美元。樂金顯示器計畫以特大、超清及弧形電視等卓越的OLED產品，在新世代電視市場上搶占領先優勢。
