《國際經濟》日本主權信評、展望，標普維持不變

評等機構標普周一宣布維持日本AA-信用評級與負面評等展望不變，顯示標普對日相安倍晉三的激勵成長與終結通縮政策仍然抱持保留態度。

　標普在聲明中表示，安倍的政策是否有效，仍有待時間觀察。安倍提出的辦法或許終能逆轉通縮，但即使政府落實銷售稅提高5%的計畫，日本的公共財政預料仍將持續疲弱。

　標普表示，若政府打擊通縮的政策沒有效果，亦或政府實際資金成本攀升，就可能調降日本主權債信評等。反之，若安倍的政策成功驅動成長動能並提高國家稅收，日本主權信評今年可望持穩。標普給予日本負面評等展望，表示新財政年度(4/1起)日本遭降評的機率至少為三分之一。
