《經濟》中油：未以油價公式補虧損、造業績

針對外界質疑過年期間為何國際油價跌，中油卻漲價乙事，中油今發出聲明表示，浮動油價公式公開透明，絕無以公式彌補虧損、創造績效事宜。中油指出，國內油價每週調整是依據浮動油價公式，以國際指標原油（70%杜拜+30%布蘭特，即7D3B）週均價及匯率變動幅度80%，計算漲跌幅。

中油公司指出，目前長期購油合約是保障穩定供油的數量，而非固定購油價格。購油價格及運輸成本仍為浮動，每月依照市場價格決定。並強調，訂定國內汽柴油稅前價格時，都參考亞洲鄰近競爭國包括日、韓、星、港等地油價，並以亞鄰最低價做為浮動油價調整上限。
