《國際產業》摩托告輸蘋果，ITC再給機會反擊

美國國際貿易委員會(ITC)宣布，谷歌旗下摩托羅拉移動提出手機感應器專利侵權案，由蘋果獲得初步勝利的判決將進行複審。

　ITC表示，將針對本案法官彭德(Thomas Pender)的部分判定進行複查。彭德先前判決摩托羅拉移動此項專利無效。ITC預定在4月22日作出最終決定。若調查不利於蘋果，ITC有權對iPhone手機頒布禁售令。

　本案所涉及的手機感應器專利技術可在手機貼近人臉時，防止電話因碰觸而自行掛斷。
